DJ demonstrated honesty and integrity when he serviced our car. He did right by us, at his company's expense. We asked him to install new tires on the car, but when he examined our current tires, he found our problem wasn't the tires--it was the rim. So instead of paying for 2 new tires ($387) and installation ($95), we paid $40 to make repairs to the rim, which solved our slow air leak problem. He proved to be trustworthy--and what more could a customer ask?? We will continue using Three Star Auto!

A place to feel safe taking your vehicle! I went in panicking thinking I had an oil leak because I saw oil on my engine, ( I know nothing about cars) and DJ took a look and reassured me I did not have an emergency on my hands. He didn’t play off my fear and convince me I needed a bunch of work done. I really appreciate the honesty going on at this place! Five stars!

Once again, received fast, courteous and efficient service from DJ at Three Star. My car was not drivable and needed to be towed to the shop yesterday. Despite the busy holiday, DJ had my car ready in less that 24 hours, and even came to pick me up when it was finished. All work was done in a timely way. I asked for new spark plugs. I was told my car did not require new plugs until 120,000 miles. They don’t sell you things that you don’t need.

This place is awesome. Everyone at Three Star Auto Service were super helpful, honest, and kind, but a special shoutout to DJ. They even worked with me through email to schedule an appointment when my phone was being transferred and I didn’t have a number for a full day. They made me feel completely comfortable and took great care of my Escalade. I don’t usually feel at ease waiting anywhere because of my disabilities, but I felt totally at home here. Our car was shaking on the right side when we we accelerated on the highway, as we headed up north the day before thanksgiving. We pulled off and went to 3 Star Auto Service randomly and ended up having a really positive experience. First off, I noticed that the waiting room had several other car owners there, both of whom were local, which I saw as a good sign. Secondly we were attended to immediately and the problem diagnosed within a half hour. The repair required ordering a part, but we were told it could be done that day in 3-4 hours. While they did the repair, we were driven to a nearby diner, and then picked up a couple hours later. Overall great communication, transparency about the repair, fair pricing, and general kindness towards our particular situation. Definitely a solid spot with great people!

Yesterday my car discovered one of those winter potholes camouflaged with water. Thankfully doing only 40 on Station Road, but I knew even before my "check tires" light came on that the tire was likely damaged. Headed right to Three Star where DJ was incredibly helpful. He not only gave me a lift back home while car remained overnight, but picked me back up the next day after putting on the new tire and rebalancing wheels. First of all, this is my family Mechanic, who everyone trust from Monroe to the next three towns over. I stupidly went somewhere else to get brakes done, and they completely messed them up, and I was driving when my brake Line cut. It was very scary, but I knew exactly who I could call and who I should’ve went to in the first place. They immediately told me to come in and provided amazing Customer service and very supportive and made me feel confident I was in the right place. Not only were they able to quickly fix the damages, but they were able to help me understand what happened at a great price as well. They really took a lot of stress off my back and I would definitely be coming back for everything else related to the car.

I'm literally blown away by these guys! Stopped by this shop and was ready to spend $500-$1000 to fix my AC, the boss came out to check what's the issue ran some tests found out that it's a minor issue but it took a good half hour to figure it out. Guess what he didn't want to charge anything!! (Didn't know this country still has honest and non greedy ppl here...)

Love Three Star Auto Service, Lew is the best and honest person I ever met and he fixes everything you think he can't. Chris works there also he also worked on my car and does a great job. The Auto Service is near my residents however if you need a ride they will take you and call you when the car is finish to pick you up also. Awesome place. Lew, the owner of Three Star Auto Service, has obviously worked hard to make his service shop one of the very best for miles in every direction. Lew is one of the most professional people that I've had the pleasure of doing business with, his team diagnosed and repaired our issue comprehensively, and they finished with a bill that was about 20% of what we were quoted by the local dealership for the same repairs. Don't look anywhere else for an outstanding vehicle repair shop in your area, this is the one.

It really stinks when you are visiting family 2.5 hours from home and your car breaks down sending plumes of white smoke billowing out of the engine. When two local Dodge dealerships are too busy to bother with you, Lew and his crew stepped in to rescue this damsel in distress despite an already full bay! A timely job well done at a fair price. Pulled in here after my car got bashed by a piece of metal debris on the NJ Turnpike. The debris had knocked my undercarriage loose. My fiancé wanted to secure the undercarriage himself so we could quickly be on our way. An employee came right over, loaned us some zip ties, and we were in and out (and back on the road!) within ten minutes. We appreciate his willingness to supply us with some materials for free.
